Working with 3rd party vendor support, Proofpoint was able to determine this was caused by a vendor side issue, who have since deployed a fix. The underlying third party issue has been resolved as of 21:30 UTC June 3rd 2026. Proofpoint is continuing to closely monitor a full recovery.
