Beginning May 8th, we have observed intermittent issues affecting some customer's message delivery through the Tessian Gateway. A subset of customers may experience messages being blocked with error code 451 ECONNREFUSED when their mail server tries to connect to their Tessian Gateway.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue.
You can confirm by logging into your Tessian Portal: Integrations > Email Deployments > Gateway > Alerting to check deliveries via Gateway Alerting Page.
If impacted, we would recommend you temporary disable routing mail through the Tessian Gateway and contact support for priority remediation.
