Delay in Compliance Alerts for AEDLP Policies set to Silently Track via Gateway

We've identified an issue impacting the following service and scenario: • For Adaptive Email DLP Custom Policies • Set to Silently Track • Configured to send Compliance Alerts • And scanned by the Gateway Since September 1, 2026, at 12:30 PM UTC - Compliance Alerts were not sent for policies set to Silently Track and configured to send them, when the check was done by the Gateway. Polices set to Warn, or checks done by other integrations, have no impact and Compliance Alerts function as expected. Our team is actively correcting the issue and all Alerts will be send momentarily. If you were impacted, you will notice the backlog of alerts come in all at once. We will update once complete.
