doi.org outage due to Cloudflare HTTPS configuration issues

Shortly after 2023-06-07 0:00Z, doi.org became inaccessible due to HTTPS issues. This was eventually tracked down to Cloudflare configuration, but we do not yet have an explanation for how this suddenly changed. We are working with Cloudflare to analyze the issue.
