Services that are running in those regions (including ThinkLink) are going to experience intermittent outages until this is resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation, and once Microsoft resolves this outage we will send out a communication.

It appears that ThinkLink is back up, however it is running slowly. We will continue to monitor the site.
