Resolved: DNS Outage Impacting AFT Access and File Delivery (US, UK, EU, AU)

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Impact Statement:
Starting at approximately 21:55 UTC on 14 July 2025, Boomi MFT - AFT customers may have experienced issues accessing AFT services in the US, UK, EU, and AU regions due to a DNS outage at our provider, Cloudflare.

Cloudflare resolved the issue at 22:19 UTC. The total impact duration was 25 minutes.

During this time, customers were unable to access AFT sites, and all file delivery operations were queued until DNS resolution was restored.

We are currently reviewing file activity for each impacted customer and working to resolve any remaining delivery issues individually.

Our Thru DevOps team is actively working with Engineering to ensure that everything is fully restored and operating normally. We’ll provide updates if there’s anything further to report.
