Timely is experiencing issues

We are happy to report that this issue is now resolved! Thank you for hanging in there with us. By now you will have noticed your Timely performing normally, as expected.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We've identified some secondary issues with being able to log in and out of Timely. We're working on this at the moment

We appreciate you keeping an eye on the Timely ‘Status’ Page. Our tech team have identified the issue, and have applied a fix. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We still expect some small issues as we come back to full operational state but expect everything to recover
