Our SMS provider has retired their service earlier than planned. We are completing an urgent migration to a new platform to keep SMS running. During this changeover, SMS sending and replies in New Zealand may not function as expected.

No action is required, but we recommend ensuring email reminders are enabled in Customer Messages settings so your clients continue to receive notifications.
