Inconsistent Application Availability

We see all services operating within normal expectations and our infrastructure provider has resolved the faults on their platform as well. We appreciate all our customers' understanding over the course of this event.

Our infrastructure provider has advised that a mitigation has been rolled out and we're seeing Timely's performance returning to a good state. We will continue to monitor performance in the interim, but expect all services should be in a reliable state now.

Our infrastructure provider has confirmed a significant network outage affecting some Timely resources, and which will be affecting the responsiveness and performance of the application.

Timely is aware of a network issue where some customers may experience slow or unavailable results when loading the application. We are aware of a fault with our infrastructure provider that may be a contributing factor and are investigating the issue. We will continue to provide additional information as it becomes available
