Console Access and Metrics Issues

We’ve mitigated the issue in our metrics database, and metrics are now being collected and displayed as expected. Our team will continue to closely monitor the system to ensure stability.

Our team is working on two mitigations in parallel:


Removing metrics calls from the login path to avoid blocking console access. We have identified the call that can be safely removed without any operational impact. Once this change is applied, most of console access will return to normal.
Reducing load on the metrics database to restore normal operation and ensure metrics display correctly in the console.
