METEOSAT-9: impact -- degraded or missing precipitation data for portions of eastern Europe, western/central Asia (including India), and Africa where there is no supplemental radar data. Products affected are nowcast precipitation data across portions of UP-Europe, UP-India, UP-Israel, and UP-Global. EUMETSAT METEOSAT-11: impact -- degraded or missing precipitation data for portions of western Europe, and western Africa where there is no supplemental radar data. Products affected are UP-Europe, and UP-Global.
