Cloudflare has resolved the issue on their status page.
We have received feedback that TOPdesk is working as expected.

This Major incident will be closed since the issue is resolved.
We'd like to apologies once more for the inconvenience and will communicate an RCA once it is received

Cloudflare has introduced a fix.
Environments should be back online
