We have confirmed with our service provider they have repaired the fiber damage and we are seeing our services are restored.

TPx customers in the greater Los Angeles area are experiencing service interruptions. Our investigation has correlated these issues with the Frontier Network.
According to the latest update from the service provider, field technicians located a burnt fiber cable damaged by downed power lines. Repair crews are currently mobilizing to perform a cable throw. A firm Estimated Time to Repair (ETTR) is pending.

Frontier field technician is on-site conducting OTDR readings and has identified the location of the open fiber. This outage is significant and categorized as construction-related, necessitating a dispatch and the establishment of an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
