We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the display and booking of certain hotel rates. Customers may be unable to find or book:
• Loyalty rates
• Corporate rates
• Specific TravelPerk (TK) rates
You might also notice reduced availability for some "Pay on Arrival" hotels. Our team has temporarily disabled the affected hotel connections to prevent further errors and is actively investigating with our hotel provider.
