We are investigating an issue where links from emails are not working correctly. Reward redemptions are experiencing a partial outage right now. Our current hypothesis is that this is related to a service issue with a downstream email provider.

We're continuing to investigate the issue. We are coordinating with our email provider.

We've identified that the issue is related to link click tracking, related to our downstream provider. We've temporarily disabled click tracking, which fixes the issue on a go-forward basis. But users who received links with click tracking built in are still seeing an error.

Meanwhile, we've escalated the issue to our email provider, and are waiting for a resolution.
