Customers may be unable to export details from a completed session. After selecting Export, the export starts and then fails with:
“Export failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.”
This affects session PDF export in all regions. Other session functions are not affected.
We have identified the cause and are working on a mitigation. We will post another update as soon as export is restored.
