Our teams have completed the recovery effort and we will be monitoring all applications and servers closely to ensure there are no further disruptions.

If you are still dealing with a critical issue that cannot wait until standard business hours please follow the standard support protocol, call our support line and follow the prompts to your respective product support area and listen to the prompt to connect with the on-call after hours support.

The steps to recover are known and we are working diligently to address all of the servers in our environment. Many customers have already been recovered. If you are not already recovered, please be patient and know we are working quickly on the remaining servers.

We regret that stopping to determine prioritization of any customer will slow us down for the total resolution. Please refrain from reaching out and asking to be prioritized or a target ETA.

We do not expect this status to change until we are complete. We will post an “All-Clear” message at that time.

Please click the “Subscribe to Updates” button above to receive an email alert when a new update is posted.

As you may be aware, significant IT disruptions are affecting many companies around the world today, including Trimble. The technical issues we are experiencing are due to a global third-party outage, which is impacting Trimble services and other businesses worldwide. We are actively working with the third-party vendor to resolve the issue and restore full functionality.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
