Outage Details

We have identified an issue with the Triton Creative Manager where creatives uploaded since 14:30 UTC will be giving an error in Tap stating that the "Creative is not live". This incident is affecting the flight's delivery if it was published after 14:30 UTC. Said differently: If a flight was published after 14:30 UTC, delivery stoped. Flights published before 14:30 UTC today are delivering as expected. Our team is actively working on a fix.

Some flights were found to still be affected by this issue. We are actively working on fixing these asap.

At 00:00 UTC yesterday, our team re-published all flights affected by this incident. Delivery of the affected flights has resumed.

A UI fix for Tap was deployed. Flights should no longer be displaying the "Creative not live" error.
As a second step to resolution, our team is currently working on re-publishing all affected flights so that delivery can begin.
