A fix was been implemented at 20:30 UTC. YO ads are now flowing and being recorded normally. The issue was caused by a bug introduced in a deployment made earlier today. The bug prevented the winning bid responses from being properly consumed by the rest of the ad chain, resulting in the ad not being inserted into the streams for the duration of the incident.
Our team will monitor the situation closely.
