RMIS: FMCSA Data Delay

We are in communication with the FMCSA daily about the missing L&I and new authority data. They are working to restore the regular data updates, but have not yet provided a timeline for when we can expect that. As soon as the data becomes available again, we will update our systems promptly. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates here as needed.

We are continuing to wait for an update from the FMCSA regarding the data freeze. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates here as we receive them.

For RMIS and SaferWatch customers: The FMCSA is currently transitioning to Motus and has temporarily paused updates to L&I data, as well as the addition of new authorities to the Census file.

During this freeze, customers should not expect to see updates to L&I data or newly added authorities reflected in our platform. The FMCSA anticipates lifting the freeze on May 19, 2026.
