RMIS customers experienced outdated carrier and vehicle inspection data for approximately four days due to delays in receiving updated FMCSA Census and Vehicle Inspection files from the FMCSA. Truckstop contacted the FMCSA to investigate the issue, during which data displayed in both RMIS and SAFER was potentially stale. The incident was resolved after roughly 96 hours when the updated files were received and successfully processed.
