Impact: Following our due diligence checks after resolution, we identified that the impact window was broader than initially communicated. Settlement delays on EUR SEPA Instant payins and payouts began at 06:20 UTC on 19/05/2026. Payouts resumed normal processing from 00:22 UTC on 20/05/2026. Affected pay-in providers were re-enabled this morning once full recovery was confirmed. All services are now fully operational.
