IM-373 Syncing between Salesforce and JDE is delayed

The team has deployed a fix for the issues causing slow synchronization between JDE and Salesforce and we have monitored for the last week. The fix appears to have been successful as synchronization times have returned to normal. Please open an IT ticket if you see any additional synchronization issues taking longer than 2 hours to resolve.

Synchronization between JDE and Salesforce is currently occurring within expected timelines. We continue to work on a small number of orders that have not synchronized the installation date from Salesforce to JDE and are showing a 12/31/2041 promise date.
We will continue to monitor the other systems involved for performance problems.

We have identified a possible cause for this issue and are implementing a fix.
We have also identified that some scheduled orders in Salesforce may show a requested date of 12/31/2040 instead of the correct scheduled date. We are implementing a fix for this problem.
