We have received several confirmations that configurations are working as expected across both channels. We will continue to monitor through the morning.
The configurator is currently working when saving or modifying a quote and we will continuing to work with the KBMax team on understanding the root cause.
We're continuing to work with KBMax to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. This has been escalated to their technical team at the highest priority.
