Degraded and broken functionality interacting with Tuist

We've deployed a new instance of our app in a new infrastructure, and we are monitoring it.

We've successfully deployed an instance of the app to a new provider, and are going to set up a proxy to gradually start sending traffic to the new instance.

We are moving our service from Fly.io to Render. Fly's support is not supportive at all and the network of our instances keeps being slow.

Our cloud and storage providers are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

The response times of the endpoints to create project tokens increased causing the client to time out trying to create the token. It seems the issue might be related with slowness in the network of our cloud provider.

Useres have reported timeouts logging into the registry via `tuist registry login`
