We are aware of an issue currently affecting our e-Invoicing services in Poland.
For Poland, customers may experience increased processing times for both invoice clearance submissions to KSeF and the retrieval of documents from KSeF. As a result, some transactions may remain in intermediate statuses longer than usual before being updated.
Our teams are actively investigating the root cause and working to mitigate the impact.

We're seeing an improvement in the processing of e-Invoicing transactions for Poland. Previously delayed invoice clearance submissions and document retrievals are now going through, and transactions are moving out of intermediate statuses.
We're continuing to monitor the situation closely and will share a further update as soon as we can confirm the issue is fully resolved.
