We’ve fixed it!

Due to an unexpected service incident, you may have been unable to upload files in Originality, CrossRef Similarity Check, Similarity, SimCheck and iThenticate V2 today. Users accessing via an integration may also have been affected.

We are pleased to advise that service has been restored. Submissions made via integrations may need to be resubmitted.

The incident occurred between the following times:

PDT: Thursday, 6th August 03:30 - Thursday, 6th August 05:35
BST: Thursday, 6th August 11:30 - Thursday, 6th August 13:35
AEST: Thursday, 6th August 20:30 - Thursday, 6th August 22:35

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused if you were impacted by today’s incident.

Users can now upload files without an error message but they may find a delay in processing.

We’ve run into some issues.
