We have implemented a fix for the issue affecting Admin access and form loading. Services have returned to normal, and customers should now be able to access the Admin and load forms as expected.

We will continue monitoring the situation closely to ensure that the issue remains fully resolved. We will provide a further update once monitoring is complete.

We are working with the highest priority to resolve the errors affecting Admin access and form loading. Some customers may be unable to access the Admin panel, and published forms may fail to load or display errors.
