ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with Office 365 license errors. If you are still experiencing issues, please try these steps:

1. Open any Microsoft Office desktop app (e.g. Outlook, Word, etc.)
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, and select 'Sign out'
3. Sign back in and click on the yellow 'Re-activate' button

We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure our services have been restored. If these steps do not work, or if you notice any additional issues or impact, please contact the ITS Service desk at https://support.ucsd.edu, support@ucsd.edu or at (858) 246-4357.
