ITS has implemented additional fixes for the issues with Tableau and is manually restarting subscriptions impacted by the Tableau freeze. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure our services have been fully restored. ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with Tableau. Issues reported connecting Tableau desktop to Tableau server have mostly been resolved by clearing the cache multiple times and signing out of all .ucsd and tableau.ucsd sites before attempting connection. Please contact the service desk if you need help ensuring your cache is clear. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure our services have been restored. ITS is continuing to investigate the cause of issues with Tableau. An issue has been identified that is preventing developers from connecting Tableau desktop to Tableau server. This is impacting the ability to develop and publish workbooks. ITS is investigating.
