ITS is still investigating intermittent issues with DUO. Some workarounds that ITS has identified include the following:
Connecting to a different networrk(UCSD-Guest,RESNET-Protected) for DUO Push.
Accessing DUO via passcode
Last resort: Disconnecting from wi-fi and using cellular data to receive the DUO push.
