Global Protect versions older than 6.2.3 are unable to connect through VPN. Upgrading the GlobalProtect client resolves the issue. You can update through the Software Portal or through vpn.utah.edu.

Please update your GlobalProtect VPN software by 3/30 to avoid service interruption.
