Atlas portal not working

As of 12:00 PM IST, the Atlas backend servers were experiencing downtime. The issue began shortly after a backend release at 11:30 AM IST, which was initially suspected as the cause. We promptly reverted the backend changes, but the instability continued.

Further investigation revealed that frontend changes deployed around 11:55 AM IST may have contributed to the issue. We subsequently rolled back the frontend release as well.

Following the web rollback, the servers are now up and running. However, we are observing some slowness in request responses, which the team is actively monitoring.

Users who are still experiencing issues may resolve them by performing a hard refresh of their browsers.
