Information Technology Services (ITS), along with ServiceNow, has found a solution that will go into PROD tonight 10/2/25.

The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Team has successfully resolved a permissions-related issue (Access Control List) within the ServiceNow platform. This issue had temporarily prevented some licensed users from accessing specific resources.
All necessary corrective actions have been implemented, and access has been restored. The ESM Team will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability and performance.
