Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting some Microsoft 365 services following updates implemented by Microsoft on August 31, 2026. Users may experience intermittent service disruptions, performance degradation, authentication issues, or unexpected application behavior. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working with Microsoft to identify the root cause and determine the appropriate remediation steps. Impact: - Some users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 applications or services. - Delays or intermittent failures may occur when using Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or other Microsoft 365 services. - Service performance may be slower than expected.
