Network outage on Ashburn

This incident has been resolved.

Ashburn is now back in rotation and traffic is now restored. We're monitoring to confirm there is no issues.

We are bringing up the network in Ashburn again, expect a disconnection once we re-announce our IPs.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Our provider has confirmed the availabity for the maintenance. You might see a brief disconnection of users as we are moving out of rotation the affected PoP from our network. You might see higher latency in the meantime depending if your backends are rerouted to our nearest point of presence.

When we see fit to proceed, we will notify accordingly when we will add Ashburn back in rotation.

We have detected a issue regarding the network interfaces on our Ashburn's PoP where it imposes a brief loss of connectivity on random intervals.

We are working with our provider to schedule a maintenante window to adress this issue. We will notify as soon as we are known of.
