Vanta experienced an issue where automated emails for vendor assessment evidence requests and reminders were not being sent, affecting the Vanta Web App for approximately 12 days. Users could work around the problem by manually sending evidence requests through the app to trigger notifications. The issue was resolved with a deployed fix that resumed reminder emails and included catch-up notifications for overdue assessments.

We have deployed a fix that resume reminder emails going forward. For assessments that are overdue, we will be sending out email to vendors. In addition, we will be notifying affected users shortly
