Upon further investigation, it has been determined this issue also impacted ProMetrix Web and API and was due to an issue with our third-party web application firewall. Motor Vehicle Reports and ProMetrix Web and API experienced an intermittent service issue from 12:14 PM ET to 12:39 PM ET, during which time clients may have experienced intermittent issues. All reports are now returning as expected. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
