IT Service Issue - Multiple Applications

Please be advised the Core Line Customer Platform experienced a service issue that began at 11:07 PM ET, with services restored at 12:28 AM ET, and Electronic Rating Content 2.0 UI and Electronic Rating Content 2.0 – RaaS experienced a service issue that began at 10:51 PM ET, with services restored at 12:27 AM ET. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Upon further investigation, it's been determined that Risk Analyzer Commercial Auto and Risk Analyzer Personal Auto APIs are functioning and reports are returning as expected.
