Please be advised Motor Vehicle Reports through LightSpeed Auto and Underwriting 2.0 experienced a service issue that started at 3:25 AM ET and was resolved at 11:11 AM ET on Production, and 3:30 AM ET to 11:20 AM ET on UAT. All reports are now returning as expected. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Upon further investigation, it has been determined that Motor Vehicles Reports on UAT and through LightSpeed are also impacted. We are continuing to investigate this issue and will provide updates as the issue is resolved.
