Degraded Video Analytics data freshness

This incident has been resolved.

All the new data is being processed and is made available in Video Analytics reports.

We are continuing to process all video viewing events that occurred between August 23, 08:30 PM EDT and August 25, 10:00 AM EDT. Once processed, these events will be available in the Video Analytics reports.

We have mitigated the issue.

Starting Aug 25, 2025 10:00 AM EDT all video viewing events are processed and are available on Video Analytics reports.

There are unprocessed video viewing events that occurred between Aug 23, 08:30 PM EDT and Aug 25, 10:00 AM EDT. We are actively working on processing them. Once we have processed them they will be available under Video Analytics reports.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

At 11:52 PM Aug 24, 2025 we have recovered from Viewer count lag for Live events. Viewer count on Live events should be showing correct values now. Non-Live Video Analytics is still experiencing delay in data freshness and we are actively working on it.

Viewer count on Live Events is impacted. We have identified the underlying issue and are actively addressing it.

We are currently investigating this issue.
