We are currently experiencing a disruption in the delivery of One-Time Passwords (OTP) to users' email addresses, impacting login on both the Production and Staging environments of the Vindicia Portal 2. As a workaround, users can still log in using Authenticator apps. We are currently investigating this issue with high priority and will update this post as we gather more information. We are currently experiencing a disruption in the delivery of One-Time Passwords (OTP) to users' email addresses, impacting login on both the Production and Staging environments of the Vindicia Portal 2.
