We are currently experiencing a disruption in the delivery of One-Time Passwords (OTP) to users' email addresses, impacting login on both the Production and Staging environments of the Vindicia Portal 2. As a workaround, users can still log in using Authenticator apps. We are currently investigating this issue with high priority and will update this post as we gather more information.
