We are currently investigating an issue causing slow load times or timeouts for the Email Security Gateway portal affecting some customers.

Our operations team is actively working to identify the root cause. Mail flow, policy enforcement, spam filtering, and other core security services remain fully operational and are not impacted.

The issue affecting the Email Security Portal Admin/User UI has now been fully resolved, and we report that the portal has returned to expected operation. Users should now be able to access the portal without interruption.
Mail flow, policy enforcement, and all core security services remained unaffected throughout, and our teams continue to monitor in the background.

The issue currently experienced for Email Security Portal slow down and timeouts is under active investigation. It has been escalated internally and is being addressed with the utmost priority.

Please note that mail rules, policies, and mail flow are not affected by this issue. Thank you for your patience while we work on resolving this issue.

We are continuing to investigate the slow load time or timeouts affecting the Email Security Portal. At this time, we have identified that the issue is limited to our European instances. Users on other regional instances are not impacted.

Our team is actively working to determine the cause and will share further updates as they become available.
