We've identified that an AWS outage is affecting our customer support service provider. We are currently unable to respond to customer service related requests. There may be a delay in responding to customers today. Once service is available, we will work fast to respond to all inquiries as quickly as we can. The outage is not affecting our mail processing and access to our mail management portal, so VPM users are not affected by this outage.

Our service providers are now back online and AWS-related issues are recovering. There is still slight degradation but we are able to work through any customer related requests at this time.
