Intermittent System Slowness

We are seeing a recurrence of web application instances becoming unhealthy, which is contributing to intermittent system slowness and errors. Our engineering team is actively investigating the underlying cause and taking steps to stabilize affected instances.

We identified an issue where a small number of web application instances became unhealthy, contributing to system slowness. Two instances recovered automatically, and the remaining affected instances have been rebooted.

System performance has improved, and we are continuing to monitor closely to ensure stability.
