Issues Saving Changes

The issue affecting editing and saving contact records has been resolved in production. Users should now be able to make and save contact updates successfully.

Issues related to segments not appearing in the import drop-down and address verification are still under investigation. Our development team is actively working on a fix, and we will provide another update as progress continues.

We are investigating reports of issues saving changes across the platform. Some users are unable to edit and save contact records, as well as edit gifts or add segments during the import process.

Our engineering team is actively working to determine whether these issues are related and to identify a resolution. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
