Investigating an issue with basis modules in Enterprise Plus

The problem is solved, we are still monitoring the results. Some users can still get the issue when a lot of people are logging on the next 30 minutes or so, if you do we recommend that you wait a few minutes and try again.

Problemet er løst, og vi overvåker resultatene. I de nærmeste omtrent 30 minuttene vil enkeltbrukere kunne oppleve same problem fordi mange brukere logger seg på samtidig, da anbefaler vi å vente noen minutter før man prøver igjen.

We have implemented a fix, and we expect that the problem will be solved for all users within 15 minutes.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Appstream is not adding new instances fast enough, so most users will get the message that "No streaming instances are available". We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently working on finding a solution for this.

We assume the problem started around 07:18 when we got the first alerts. The incident was first published at 08:54.
