Deliveroo has confirmed that this issue is now resolved on their side, and we are no longer seeing failed order flow into Vita Mojo KDS screens.
Order processing has returned to normal, and stores should no longer need to rely on the temporary workaround shared earlier.

We are no longer seeing new failures at this time, and the last failed order we observed was at 11:00 UK time. The issue appears to have stabilised, but we are continuing to monitor before marking it as resolved.
We’re currently aware of an issue impacting Deliveroo orders not posting into Vita Mojo KDS screens.
The Deliveroo team has been notified and is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Temporary workaround: In the meantime, we recommend stores refer to the Deliveroo tablet to view and manage current order statuses.
