You may receive an "App not active" error when logging in to or opening Facebook Settings when streaming with vMix Please use the Facebook Stream Key method instead as noted in the following knowledge base article: https://www.vmix.com/knowledgebase/article.aspx/357/streaming-to-facebook-live-using-facebook-stream-key-or-custom-rtmp The problem is caused by a fault in the Facebook App Review process. We have reached out to Facebook, but unfortunately so far they have been unable to provide an explanation or resolution.

Facebook appears to have resolved the issue, we will continue to monitor things as we have not received any explanation as to what happened.
