The F5 Distributed Cloud team confirmed that our Network services are operating normally. While proactively monitoring, our XC Core services and traffic processing remained fully operational, and no loss of redundancy nor service degradation was observed. Our third-party vendor team has confirmed that the equipment failure has been fully resolved, and their technical team will conduct the RFO (Reason For Outage) as per process; No further actions are required. The incident has been service restored
